Admission Process

How the admission journey works

All steps can be managed through Google Forms, Google Sheets and call-based confirmation in a clear, trackable workflow.

Parents submit basic student information through this form or an integrated Google Form. The data automatically flows into a central Google Sheet.

Step 2 — Phone Verification

Our team calls the guardian to verify details, discuss batch timing and explain program options in clear, simple language.

Step 3 — Batch Allocation

Based on age, class, skill level and schedule, the student is placed into a suitable batch with a fixed timetable.

Step 4 — Payment & Confirmation

Fees can be paid via bank, cash or mobile banking (as per local policy). A digital receipt or Google Sheet entry confirms enrolment.

Step 5 — Orientation Session

Students and parents attend a short orientation where rules, lab safety and program expectations are explained.

Step 6 — Classes Begin

Regular classes start as per schedule, with ongoing communication through SMS/WhatsApp and school coordination.

Healthy Device Use

Encourage a balance between learning and entertainment. Help your child avoid excessive screen time and focus on purposeful use.

Ask About Their Projects

Talk to your child about what they are building in the lab. Ask them to show you their projects and celebrate their efforts.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we need our own laptop?

Not compulsory. Lab devices are provided, but students can optionally bring a personal laptop where allowed by school policy.

What language is used in class?

Primarily Bangla with simple English terminology where needed, depending on student comfort and program level.

Can students join from different schools?

Yes. We can run mixed batches with learners from multiple schools, or dedicated batches for one school, depending on location and demand.

Is there any exam?

There are short assessments, quizzes and project evaluations. We focus on skill-based evaluation rather than high-pressure written exams.
